AKTIVITAS ENZIM HIDROLASE PADA PENAPISAN ISOLAT ACTINOMYCETES TOLERAN SALINITAS

Actinomycetes is one of the microorganisms which have ability enzymes hydrolases such as cellulose, amylase, protease, and manannase. Manufacturer hydrolase can be used a candidate probiotic. A probiotic should good resistance in different environmental conditions including pH salinity.  This research conducted to filter candidate’s probiotics from bacteria that tolerance salinity has activity enzyme hydrolase. Testing was preformed qualitatively on variation 4, 7, 9.8.  Theability Atinomycetes produce indicated by colony media containing substrate.From test results, cellulase with largest enzymatic index value 3.5 AF2 isolates 9.8. Amylase 3.66 RH1 7. Protease 0.66, at Mananase 0.85, namely 4. In testing effect were able grow variations concentration NaCl 0, 3, 6%.
